Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy born in June 1962, is an American actor from the United States. Following her film debut with the 1983 film Bad Boys she became known as a member of the Brat Pack of actors. She also appeared as a character in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985) and Short Circuit (1986). Her performance on Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998) Sheedy received the Independent Spirit Award for Best Female Leading Actress. Ally Sheedy is an American actor and a writer. She began her film career through the crime movie Bad Boys in the early 1980s for which she was quite appreciated. The film was starring Rick Rosenthal as well as Sean Penn as well as Esai Morales Clancy Brown & Alan Ruck. In the wake of her success in her first film, she later appeared in the 1985 comedy drama film The Breakfast Club. John Hughes directed one of best films aimed at high schools. Even though the budget for this movie was $1 million it has earned more than $50 million. Between then the actress began appearing in different TV shows like CBS Schoolbreak. It was her first appearance on television. It was a program for teenagers that started airing in April of 1980. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid and Hill Street Blues are other programs on TV where she was featured. in Little Sister she makes a guest appearance. She is also as a character in X-Men Apocalypse a superhero film in which her role is an appearance in a small part. Sheedy has been awarded numerous times for her exceptional performances, among them an award from the MTV Movie Award Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
